Yes, they do ... usually the right front.Sometimes tires fail because teams set the camber beyond Goodyear's recommendations.
In this case, I believe it was the left rear tire. The camber settings in the rear are set by welding the axle bearing housings to the tubes at angles. The rules for allowable rear camber are NASCAR's and are part of the inspection process(s). No wiggle room.
