Halloween candy defective packaging

I've noticed the bags of Snickers & Three Musketeers have developed small tears where the candy falls out.
Also the 3.0, 2.8, 2.4, 2.2 pound bag of Hersey's dark chocolate kisses has the same problem...,

I know. My York peppermint patty bag has the same problem. *sigh*

Now you did it, a 40 ounce bag of York peppermint patty miniatures is $8.98 from Amazon. I'm going to do a in depth study on the structural integrity of candy bags.
I'll start Friday when they're delivered.

WOW, this is a way bigger problem than I thought, my candy bags have the same problem! Who'd a thunk it.
