best equipment? Nah, but best and most talented team? Sure. The thing about talent is it isn't equal. You can do your best to put the best under all your guys, but someone is going to come up short. As far as I can tell right now the 4 stands taller than the 10,14, and 41 talent wise. They went out and got the best crew chief available last season to work with Harvick. Unlike Kurt who got a first timer. You think Childers and Knost are on the same level with talent and money? LOL, nope. Harvick was brought over to win Championships, and it was their goal to put a championship team around him. That means they better start fixing that pit crew of his.

Childers and Tony's chief Johnson were plucked from MWR after their spingate fiasco. Busch got his when they hired from within Knost apparently was doing a good job as an engineer for SHR. Sorry I don't buy the lesser driver gets the lesser stuff arguement at the top levels. Lesser desperate teams probably so.

Nope, you are wrong about that. Childers contract was up with MWR and had already committed to leaving. Johnston was the one who was still signed on with MWR, but given the okay to leave.

The thing about broken equipment is it happens to everyone, and while you don't win a race it usually doesn't lose you a race, if that makes sense. lol. The thing with the crew mistakes that Harvick's team have been making seem to lose him races, he absolutely should have won.

Harvick has lost probably a good 2-3 races this year that he should have won because of his crew. Any other driver not named Gordon that can say that?

Harv has had a fast car for nearly every race this year, maybe if he starts treating his crew with a little respect they will help him win some races. Nobody likes being publicly put down by a jerk like Harvick, if bashing his crew on national tv isnt working there are other approaches he can try

Like being a dick to them on the radio? Or running away to his hauler after every race crying? You wouldn't happen to know if that helps at all do you?

On August 23, 2013, despite the Loudon win; Childers announced that he will be leaving MWR to become Kevin Harvick's crew chief at Stewart-Haas Racing in 2014.[3] Childers was released from his crew chief duties by MWR following the 2013 Irwin Tools Night Race, but remained under contract for the remainder of the season.

I think Harvick said it best Sunday night. They've known the problem for a while, and it needs to get fixed. There is only so much that can be said behind doors before things do need to be made public.

Yeah they sure are, I mean his crew chief isn't bitching him out or anything. Or how about when they came to his defense when Truex was sticking his head into his window. Yep.

& harvick's pit crew doesnt know how to keep him up front. Thats disrespecting all the work Kevin did to take the lead.

You stated he was plucked after the spin gate fiasco. Which wasn't true. Spingate was at Richmond. Childers contract was up with MWR after the 2013 season. He had already informed MWR that he wasn't going to return with them and that is when they sat him until his contract ran out. All of that happened before spingate ever did.

go watch other driver "conversations" on youtube. Most of the time the team of the driver in the car are all flocked around right next to the other driver ready to pull him away, if not already trying to pull him away . All of the 18 crew were way back, not even close to Truex. Truex could have gotten in a few nice swings if him wanted too, and Kyle's crew wouldn't have been close enough to stop him.

Truex isnt well known for choking and beating other drivers like some of the the guys

Well if they were loyal, as you said they were, they would come to his aid no matter what. No matter if they believed he was correct or incorrect.

I have always been known as a very loyal friend but now and again people do stupid things and beg for an ass whipping, sometimes even a good friend wont be there to help you out
