Help with pictures

I would really like to post some pictures in my responses. Please help me figure out how to do this. I've tried several different things, but none worked. Any help would be great. Have a certain picture I know a certain member would love.:)
 
Don't really want to tell, will ruin the suprise! It's off of an offical website. I just don't know if I'm suppost to copy or save. I've tried both but the paste won't come up and I can't get to the file if I save it. Do I save to hard drive?
 
sgbg......you have to go to the bottom of the thread page where is says post reply. Not the already open box for a quick reply. On the last post you will see two buttons......new thread and post reply. Click the post reply it will bring up a slightly different reply box. Do your message and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a "attach" box.......browse and find your pic and post it.!! It's easy.:D

create a file on your desktop.........go to the site where your pic is and chose save as........give a name and browse to the the file you made on your desktop. when you attach you browse to that file you made!!

And, I'm beginning to fear this post!!:D
 
If you're getting the photo from a website, you'll first have to save it to your hard drive before being able to attach it to a posting. If you're in Windows, a quick way to do that would be right-clicking directly on the photo, and choosing "Save Picture As", or something similarly worded. Give the file an appropriate name (remembering not to change the default extension), and keep it in a place you'll remember. I suggest creating a Photos folder on your c: drive and saving it there.

When you're ready to attach the photo, just point to that folder and select it. That's pretty much it.

Sorry Abooja, was trying to get to work figuring it out. I think I got it. I'll let that certain member find it for their self! Thanks for the help.:)
