Musk makes a lot of outrageous claims, less than 2 years to make it happen. ..I say hell no.

Satellite internet is not that great , it has high ping speeds/ poor latency, so it sucks for things gaming and VoIP, it ranks right above dial up, but I know for many locations in the world , it may be the only option , so its better than nothing.

And no , I dont see this happening by 2020, not saying it wont happen, but in the time frame.
