How Are Gas Prices In YOUR Area?

They are brutal up here. Instead of "unleaded" and "super unleaded" etc. They now say "screwed" and "really screwed".

Most places around here are between $1.79 and $1.89 for regular old 87 octane unleaded. This is such a crock of dung

Reg. Cheep enfuf you can use cash

Silver, Might want to trade in your grandma's old forks and spoons.

Gold, might need to rob Fort Knox

Would y'all quit your griping? Gas has fallen off here by a couple cents in the last day or so............it's down to $2.199 for regular unleaded out here. :(

Yea, gas goes up 5 cents down 2 cents, up 5 cents and down 2 again. Do I see a pattern?

That's because you live in the tree hugger utopia that is California.

Once those enviromentalist got the dolphin taken out of my tuna there has been no stopping them

Oh how I'd love to pay $1.69.....I filled up yesterday at Arco...$2.11!!!!

Phew...

You guys make me feel better about shucking out 1.80 for 85 octane!

(colorado the short end of the stick on price because 87 is midgrade octane...no fair!)

I just talked to Lappy, and he is appalled at the price he had to pay just 50 or so miles from home. He said that at home gas is about the same as here in GA, between $1.55 and $1.59.

Well, here it's the highest it's ever been in our country's history.

97 Octane...R 4,39 a litre = $1,55...roughly converted.

Motorists ain't happy, but that's the way it goes, unfortuanetly. :(

I just filled up my truck for $33.00. That is better than last week, I payed $37.00 then :EEEEK:

1.79 - 1.85 at the indian (not native) placedown the street it is a little cheaper

Australia:
I filled up today, $0.98 AU and that's expensive! I try and fill up when it's around $0.93/4

$0.98 AU = $0.71 US

Oh and we go by litres.

here in upstate ny it can go anywhere from a $1.79 to 1.93.

I almost had to take out a loan today......aaaarrrrggghh

up 15 cpg in just 2 weeks and I rarely drive anywhere.

Litres are smaller than gallons for petrol?

Kat, 1 liter equals just over 1 quart US (actually .264 gals). Call it a quart for ease........at Tiger's $.71 US dollars that would be about $2.84 a gal here. That ain't too far from what we are paying here in California!! :( Well, maybe I'm exaggerating a little but it's only about 65 cents less.

Yall dont even know. I work at an Amaco or BP and i get asked why they are so high and whens it going down and I tell them to vote Kerry or wait for the Arabs and Bush to make a deal before the election.

Tommy, in MY area BP/Amaco has the least expensive gas.

Anyone else notice how many H2 commercials there were yesterday in the race...

Bet those things take a sales hit!

32 gallons at 1.80 = $57.60

But then again it drives me nuts when someone buys a nice car then puts the cheapest gas in it!

Talk about penny wise and pound foolish!

Saw a guys putting 85 octane in a brand new BMW z-4...it was all I could do to keep from slapping the idiot...

I know we are the cheapest probably in the state but I still get bugged on when the prices will go down. Right now we are at 1.69. ANd I like to say funny stuff about Bush because most of the people are rich republicans and its makes them mad.

someone sent out an email that the statoin i work at charges $10 to use the pay at the pump on a credit card which is totally bogus but people are believeing it and we have lost so much business and we were on the news becaseu of it.

the gas station i get mine at 95% of the time, is $1.70.9 so $1.71......as i said before think God for my Sunfire that has a 4 cly.

Now i love V8's but with me having to drive around 100 miles aday for college, i need my 4 banger.

The prices have more or less stablized out here in California......right around $2.19 for regular unleaded. Now watch, they'll go through the roof now that I've said that!! :(

I'm just about in the same boat as DE, here in Vegas it's anywhere from $2.11 to $2.16 for the cheap stuff.
