How do you change the 'well known member ' tag below the avatar ?
In the Personal Details section of your account page, there should be a "Custom Title" box below the avatar
I really should change the standard titles, though. Don't want to talk so much about people's members.
Still trying to find the 'custom title ' box.
On the very top bar you will see your screen name. If you hover over it you will see a box open up. If you click on personal details, you will see the Custom Title box. You can change it there. Hope this helps.
Thanks , I think that is pretty much the same instruction as Fury and TRL gave me . On mine ,a box does not open anywhere on the 'personal details' page . Perhaps ,there is something in my settings . In any event ,thankyou for trying , I really don't need to change the custom title.
I don't see it either Ted.
Ted, it is right under where you are able to select your avatar and right above where you select your gender, date of birth, hometown.
When I look there is nothing between avatar and the gender,DOB
Then it must be a setting in the admin panel that won't let you see it. I've seen some other members besides the mods/admins that have changed theirs. Not sure why you can't.
After looking in the admin panel, look on the profile info page and see if you have a custom title box there. That's where I found it on Andy's.
I'm not worried about it was just wanting to let you know I didn't see it either.
Edited my post. See if it is on the profile info page, right above where you select your signature pictures. If not, I'll be happy to edit it for you and/or anyone else that wants it changed and can't do it themselves.
Not seeing it .My Signature pictures has it's own box in the profile info page.
I looked on mine to and didn't see it either. Oh well lol
I am wondering if it opens up while you are changing your avatar ?
Sorry for the delay, folks. I need to check the forum more often
Try it now. There was a group permission that wasn't enabled.
I'm losing my touch, usually I'd have checked that to make sure before I said anything
That worked. Thanks Fury. You can keep your internet God status
Glad to hear it.
I've also split this thread from the original, and given them more descriptive names to help guide people with the same question.
Thanks, fury! You rock!!
