Jimmy Carr ... runs Tony Stewart’s sprint car operation.

Carr is from Maple Ridge, B.C. - about 20 Miles east of where I live in Vancouver. His father had a gravel pit operation out there. We bought materials from them for projects in that area. Carr logged some laps down at Skagit Speedway.

Always liked the look of the Chaparrals . . .

[StandOnIt]

the 2E was pretty funny with it's adjustable while racing huge wing. It was supposed to be neutral going down the straight, and the driver would jerk a lever and the wing was supposed to nose down helping braking. The cable kept breaking and the wing would flop up and down uncontrollably. In one race it started breaking the strut holding it up. But the wing continued..F-1 has a love affair with them.
