Joe Worth in the 22 and Jerry Richer in the 1. Both these cars were bought from Milwaukee’s Bill “The Cat” Johnson.

Joe wrecked the car in a bad wreck at Norway.

My boyhood hero. Watching Foster wheel his Super Modified got me started.

Sadly, his head hit the turn 9 boilerplate wall at Riverside. That event “created” the window net.

Days gone by, back when car counts were great, I watched many a Super Late Model race at this track in Bradenton, Florida. Now we are lucky to get 9 or 10 at 4-17 Speedway in Punta Gorda, Florida
