My late 1960's #12 GT-40 Slot Car, it was bad fast and you had to use finesse to get through the corners with the controller. There were slot tracks all over. One in Lakeland Florida was 1/8 mile long. Today, slots are little aero bullets that stick to the track. Not much driver input to stay on track.
