I'm not saying Emily will hit FL, NC or VA, I'm just saying that if I was on the Florida East Coast, Outer Banks or Hampton Roads areas, I would be stocking up on non-perishable foods and batteries.... just in case.

Looks like the eastern seaboard is safe this time, Emily will be pushed out to sea by a frontal boundary.
