I know how to do it, but my computer won't co-operate

Okay, it worked here, somewhat, but why won't it work on the other side.
 
okay, step one is done, now how can I shrink the photo's???????
 
You'll have to shrink them before you use them. Use any photo. graphics, or paint type program and it should have a "dimensions" option which will do the job.
