Thanks nascarwomen! I've been on here for about 2 months now. Mostly lurking but some posts. I really like this site. The people are friendly and courteous. And there isn't all the trash posts you see on the other NASCAR boards. Thanks to all, I'll be around awhile.

We don't have to exclude anyone from the R-F Clique. I mean come on, if we are letting in Jeff Gordon and Tony Stewart fans, why not just let anyone join. LOL.

Our R-F Clique is unique b/c it involves everyone in Racing-Forums that are cool. Are you cool? Then you're in the club. Yeah, we be down like that.

I think we have all agreed that mis-fit will be the president of the new R-F clique. Any objections?
 
I get to be the president? I am so honored. *wipes away tears* And I will bring the drinks, someone has to bring food though. We have to be an organized clique.

So the R-F clique will let anyone in who is cool or who wants to be cool. A non-exclusive kind of clique. And double-clicking, :lol2:, is allowed but like it was said before only with consenting adults.

Have fun "clicking" with fellow "clickers" in the very cool R-F clique.
 
I think we've finally established our own click. Are we going to have meetings with drinks and snacks? If there's food, I'm coming. hehe.
 
I'll see if I can get my mom to bake us some cookies and make us some kool-aid:)
 
That would be good, gordonfan24. I can make brownies too in addition to bringing drinks. We need meeting times I guess now that we are an official click.

And vice president, secretary, and all that other stuff having to do with cliques and things.

I am not a very good president yet am I? Okay my executive order is that we have fun and food and drink and meet some time here for clickiness. Who would have thought that a mis-fit would be in charge of a cool clique like the R-F clique? :D
 
I can be Vice President. I can coordinate group crazyness.

Of course, Krystle you can be in the "click" We accept all. You may have to bring food to the meetings so our vp shows up. But other than that, I don't think there are any other requirements. Come join in the craziness, which rpm will be monitoring, and have fun. :)
 
lol. You would have to ask rpm. I think pizza, donuts, chocolate, chips, and junk food would all be pretty good options. I am going to bring brownies and drinks and gordonfan24 is going to see if his mom will make Kool-Aid and cookies. :) Nothing else has really been decided. We have to have a meeting I guess to decide this kind of stuff. lol.

The Moonlight BBQ in Owensboro has the best fixins around! Lucky for me it's only about 1 1/2 away:) Think I can get them to make a big order for the clique
 
Ribs sound great. I could bring some KC ribs, but I would have to go drive there and it is a three hour drive if you drive ten miles over the speed limit. Not like I have done that, though. :angel: And I would need the name of a good rib place. I do make great margaritas and mixed drinks though.

This thread is making me hungry. When are the ribs going to be here? I am starving. lol.
 
mis-fit, I'll pay for the gas for you to run to KC. Go to either Arthur Bryants, Gates, or The Smoke Stack. Great BBQ places in KC. Oh, if you don't find any of these KC Masterpiece is fine too. Man, am I hungry now.:)
 
It's a deal, Jarrettfan. I will make the run to KC for some ribs and you pay for the gas. I am getting the better deal, but since you offered. :D
 
I'm starting to drool already. You all are in for some of the best BBQ around! So you'll bring it to the next meeting of the 'click'? I'll bring my checkbook.:D

p.s. When is the next 'click' meeting? And what the heck happened to TD?
 
JarrettFan, maybe you could pack it up in a box and sound out some of those ribs to PA. :) I would be much appreciative. hehe.

Well as soon as you send me money, Jarrettfan I will go get ribs, you can send some bbq to rpm and then we will all be happy.:)

TD probably left, guess they didn't like the clickness of our clique and felt excluded. They got tons of replies to their thread so they should be happy.

When do you want to have our first meeting? I can bring the ribs and you can pay me back for the gas then. Or just bring some chocolate and desserts and we will be even.

And by the way Jarrettfan I think you should be treasurer. Just my thought.
 
we should probably hold our meeting sometime during off-season, mis-fit, when the board starts slowing down. That combined with teh ribs would encourage them to attend. Who could resist the smell of the ribs permeating through the forum?
 
Good idea, rpm. Having them during the offseason would work. Have to have something to do with my weekends.

We could all vote on the best times or whatever.

The rib smell will draw them in and then bam they belong and can't ever leave. lol. Kidding. Maybe ;)
 
The off season sounds fine to me too. It will give us a bit more time to work out all the details of the BBQ menu. Ribs, beef sandwich, sausage, beans, coleslaw..... I could go on and on but I would only be torturing ourselves.:D

p.s. I gladly accept the nomination as Treasurer of the new 'click'.
 
Glad to have you as the treasurer, Jarrettfan. Not that there is any money in the fund.

And no more mentions of food until the offseason. Torturing me is not fun, torturing others more fun. :)
