I will when everything calms down.

I tried DLing it earlier and it said 3 hours. lol nope.

I am well aware that there are some very strange people but Holy Moly.

I'm loving it.

Very slick and sexy.

Is iOS7 making you sick?

Apple's new iOS 7 software is apparently making some people seasick on solid ground. Experts on motion sickness say the sharpness of the screen and the motion of the icons may be partly to blame.

One solution that may reduce some of the motion on the screen is to go to Settings, then General and then Accessibility. There, users can turn on Reduce Motion.

Gotta say, after a while the design gets pretty bland.

The lack of a background is becoming a bit of a problem for me.

Fo instance, when you're making a call the keypad is all white and it lacks the outlines the old IOS used to have.

iOS makes various leaps and bounds, for me it is still so far ahead of the best that Android has to offer. iOS 7 has some quirks, but I like it a lot. It is dependable, playful, and has a lot of gravity and thoughtful interaction design. That's just the few impressions I've gotten in the last few months I've used it (developer account and whatnot, as part of my job). Android had almost caught up until this.

Okay, I've had iOS7 a month or however long it's been out now and while I love iPhone and iOS7 has a lot of useful functionality, it is seriously flawed.

First problem, it does not sync with my car radio properly. I listen to my music off my phone because radio signal is hard to obtain sometimes in the sticks. That function is almost entirely gone now.

Second problem, signal. I can't get behind a WiFi network if it's not connected to the internet. Now, a lot of racetracks use WiFi for scoring and aren't connected to an ISP. So, this is a problem... so much so that I may have to buy an iPad or charge up my old iPhone 4.

Third problem ... well, I've been wondering why I haven't gotten any phone calls or texts. Now I know why - the phone wasn't getting signal. And it took a combination of things to get it right.

Fourth problem ... battery. I've been using my 4S at races for months now and I very rarely, if ever, have to charge my phone during the day. I can only think of two or three times I've had to and each of those times I was on it for hours non-stop. Now, it's still not as bad as having to charge my old Android LG piece of **** every two hours - but battery has been significantly reduced.

Apple's got some things to fix.

Something I do on my Note 1 to save battery: If I have room on the mobile data plan, I'll shut Wifi off when I know I won't be near a charger. Damn near doubled battery life. Wake up at 100% at 5 AM and have to plug in around 8PM or so, instead of at 1PM. I already keep the GPS and BT radios off, and keep power saving turned on.
