Jeff Gluck: Dear Kyle Busch …

I must be missing something here. There seems to be an attitude of "Sure he's an a-hole.. but don't you just love seeing a-holes succeed! It's good for our sport!".:idunno:

There's something about an outlaw that people seem to like. Tony was the last one to get this sort of press/opinion. I see this at just about every track in the country. There is that one driver that the fans either love or hate. Doesn't seem to have a middle ground. But there is always something that is common and that is that driver wins races. If Kyle Busch wasn't winning, nobody would give a hoot about him.

So I guess we are not entitled to our opinion. You think we are supposed to study under The Book of Andy.Well hate to bust your bubble but it's not going to happen. Why don't you deal with it that not everyone is all goo goo eyes over that whiney arse punk.
Truex and Harvick fan, huh?

So, you're mad because Kyle Busch has 10 times as many wins as Harvick and Truex combined in Cup since the start of the 2008 season?

Yea but Tony cares about the fans and the show that they are seeing.Kyle is just there for himself and doesn't give a crap about anything else.

Wins are nice but they are not everything.Plus I'm not mad.I could care less about the punk. You used to not like Kyle before but I guess now he's winning you love him.I pick a driver because of who they are not by the number of wins.If everyone picked a driver like you do this sport would be really boring at it wouldn't last long. Also I hope the Penguins WIN.:growl:

I've heard of Kyle Busch but not Jeff Gluck...hmmm...

He's a writer for Scene Daily. Just so you know, he has given Kyle high praises for his driving. He's just getting tired of him acting like a big ole baby when things don't go his way. He's actually quite funny and he's well-known in the racing world.

What bugs me the most is how he dumps his car wherever he feels like it and makes his crew go run after it and he goes running the other direction. Those guys work their asses off for him and when he has his great pitstops they're the ones who are making it happen. Sure I'd be upset. Don't you think other drivers are ticked off when they lose and something bad happens? Of course they are! I also agree to say he wants to win more than the other drivers is totally ridiculous. They just get their act together and manage to say a few words. If he wants a few min. to cool down, fine, but don't run away like a little baby.

Well Kyle has said he doesn't care if he has fans, so why should we have to be one? ;) :D

Totally agree. Saying that kyle wants to win more than other drivers is pure BS. Spoiled brat with no feelings for others is more like it.

I like Kyle for the same reasons I've always liked Tony and Kevin. Kevin used to show emotion. Tony's chilled out a bunch but he still does have his moments.

YUP! Love him or hate him, I have yet to hear anyone say he can't drive a car.
They'll be here to tell us about how it's the car because the car he raced with at Hendrick (the car Mark's won two races with) is junk and how Junyer would have 8 wins if he was in the same equipment as Kyle.

Oh, Andy, just leave it alone.

There are those who like Kyle, and those who don't. End of story.

And, IMO, even those who don't like him(like me), admire his talent(as I do).

We need a "beating a dead horse" icon:D

FWIW I've never said he can't drive, I've said he's drives over his head at times. If he toned down his agressiveness just a tad, I don't mean become a pushover and accepted the pitfalls of racing with maturity instead of running off with tears in his eyes my opinion of him would change. Not much but it would change:growl:
