Jeremy drops and S bomb and no fine?

Hmmm. Did not take long for Harvick to get slapped with a fine for say G.D. on late night cable television but when Jeremy drops an S bomb on National Television late Sunday afternoon and from everything that I have read he has not been fined. Is there a Double Standard here?????

didn't someone get fined last your for sayin the same thing maybe Tony maybe i can't remember

I don't really know why he was so upset 2nd at bad concedering the year he has had.
 
Nowadays Sh!t, dem, hell, etc will not get you fined. And have not for quite while. The f word and G-dem will get you fined. There are other examples on each side. Look at what you might hear on broadcast TV, if you've heard it there, odds are there is no fine. If you haven't, count on a fine. Everytime.

There is no inconsistencey whatsoever.

You are correct, TRL. I do remember one of them was Chad Knaus, and I believe that Tony Eury (Sr. or Jr. ???) was fined for foul language on a radio transmission with Dale Jr. that was on live tv coverage.

As to what HS said regarding the use of Sh!t, dem, hel!, you can hear them on regular tv shows just about any day of the week.

have you folks ever watched south park Cartman uses GD every other word it seems, so i say bull **** i can say that with out a fine can't i
 
According to NASCAR.com both Mayfield and Stewart were fined $5000 for use of foul language
