Jeremy Mayfield says Brian France disliked him, had him black-flagged

If he did that he would of admitted he was guilty. Ooops didn't read above posts, anyway he would of been roasted in the media either way...damned if you do damned if you don't.
 
I really don't know what to believe any more. I have seen what kinds of crazy things NASCAR has done to drivers over the years. In some ways, this makes some sense. And in other ways, it doesn't add up. The thing I keep going back to about it not adding up is how good Mayfield looks for a meth head.

Even if he was taking over the counter meds.HE still needs to tell them BEFORE the test that HE is taking them and HE DIDN'T.So HE still fails the test because HE DIDN'T tell them BEFORE the test.It's pretty common for a METH HEAD to fail the test then blame it on over the counter allergy meds.That used to work in the old days but NOW those tests get broken down so specific that they can tell the difference between METH and allergy meds but he was wrong anyhow because HE DIDN't declare the meds BEFORE taking the test.

Yes I agree, but it still doesn't mean he was doing meth.

Everybody has the right to defend themselves but if your caught,Be a man and do what you have to do.See I think his drug test was right you probably think it wasn't.So I don't think we will ever agree.

No, I don't think Jeremy is a meth head. Could he have failed for something else, that is possible. Both sides have unanswered questions. I do like to read what other people are thinking and hope I keep an open mind. :)
 
Now I love to bash Brian France just as much as the next person. That being said, what would he and Nascar have to gain by pushing Mayfield out the door?

Not so much what he has to gain , but what he has to lose. If Mayfield had something on France and Nascar, don't you think France would do everything in his power to make Mayfield look bad?
 
All he would really have to gain is show Jeremy that he can pull strings and make things happen. Showing that he can flex a muscle. Another reason why i dont like France. Mayfield was one of my favorites. I still don't think we know the whole story of everything that went down. Probably wont if NASCAR can keep it under wraps.

I don't know if I believe the whole drug/crack/meth/adderall/clartin issue with Mayfield, but what I know is this: Mayfield has a big, loud mouth as witnessed during his terminations with the 12 & 19 teams. Could he have information on Brian France. Quite possibly, especially if Mayfield "happened" upon something. The best way to discredit in the media is drug use. People believe what they hear first. Mayfield can sue all he wants to, but NASCAR's lawyers are crafty and well paid. Good luck at the auction, Jeremy.
