Jimmie and Matt

big deal you get three points a win. Points are the same 48, for max points over ten races. Have you looked at the margin that the winner has after the chase? Kurt Bush way back and Stewart have two close ones, the rest aren't even close.

Johnson and Kenseth..hell if you want a show and ratings, the bush brothers tied for the lead going into the last race.

I bet Carl wishes he woulda had 3 more points in 2011.
you made my point Carl had 3 points that transferred, Stewart didn't have any. Even that chase race, the transfer points didn't made a difference. Odds are they won't make a flip this time either.

And that makes my point: the bonus points for wins can make a difference. Had Carl won 2 races instead of 1 in the '11 regular season, he'd have been the champion.

You notice though, even though the press was touting Johnson Kez, ratings weren't that great, but stewart, edwards were strong ratings. the two bush's would be up there ratings wise I bet. Even if Johnson wins 6, the true blue fans will still be watching, but the others won't be. Although JJ will be talked about for years, he don't pull them in like a Gordon or D.W. or a Wallace or SR.

oh crap..chicken or the freakin egg. Stats say different. If onlys don't count

not trying to piss off the Kenseth or the Toyota people. BusCh is the big draw for both. I got the C..C there.

All bickering aside, I'd like to see Matt and Jimmie go at it for the title. It'd be cool for Matt to win Toyota their first Sprint Cup, and if Jimmie wins title #6 this year, it'd be interesting to see if he can join Richard Petty and Dale Sr. in the 7-time club in 2014.
