The thread itself is completely ridiculous, but I must respond to the post, considering it's pretty invalid question. No one know, know one will ever know, and one can't compare the two. Under the old points systems, everyone approached the whole season a certiain way. Under the current point system, they approach the season a certain way. For all we know, JJ and Chad could have approached the old system i a way that would have landed them a championship every single year. But there's no telling, because there is no comparison to how the seasons were run.
 
Rick Mast would have won this race if Michael Waltrip had any competence behind the wheel of a race car...

Dale Earnhardt won his first title with a 20 year old crew cheif (as in not an adult). That means you should deduct 20 points from 100 to see a final value of Dale having to win with a team run by a boy. The 80 result also should be exponentized to the 2nd power 80^2.since he won it with a boy run team I dont know what 80 x 80 is but is a lot more than the 6 time cyborgs has.

Steve Park only has 2 Cup wins, Watkins Glen in 2000 & Rockingham in 2001, both were in DEI cars. He never won a race for Childress
