May need to just make the 500 the only Daytona oval race to give it even more prestige...

I missed most of it as I was in the pool (it was a scorcher and was at a small BBQ with my family), so I can't judge it objectively.. But I'll give what I saw a 9..

5....just not my bag of tea. But it is racing, sort of. Not totally against road racing, elevation changes and negative camber sweeps along with esses make for some special skill sets....but this ain't it. Making ****amamie rules like coming to a stop for running over a curb is too contrived.

If they are going to run a road coarse, let it be a real one.
