NASCAR wants to make money right, as they should so if the racing in Fontana is bringing in good ratings and 90% attendance why would they shelve it? That's counter productive.
 
Fontana was good in the last couple of years, but only because the asphalt worn out and the cars started sliding around. The track needs a repave and a repaved Fontana is a known cure for insomnia.

You can't seriously praise FONTANA while attacking Talladega.
