I used to like plate races but all the wrecking gets old at some point.

8 mostly for Penske's first win and I figured Cendric would win it, and the announcing was great. A couple of longer green flag runs and a couple less wrecks would have helped.

Yeah, it's getting ridiculous. I can't go higher than 6 either and that's only because there was some good racing interspersed with the havoc. Do they think their entire demographic is the WWE crowd?

They’re racing each other at 200 mph, inches apart. The best handling cars are unstable in that situation.

Add aggression and inexperience. Wait 25 laps, stir and blend in sopping wet grass. Your accountant
will need a week or two to give you the bad news.

They're deliberately configured to remain inches apart. Every time someone comes up with a way to separate, NASCAR changes the rules to pull them back together. See the tandems, for example. What reason can there be to force everyone together except to cause the inevitable?
