I think yes. A car stopped where other cars could hit him if they spin out is not a good thing. Now had the 11 continued without stopping I'd say no caution.

That usually what happens in NASCAR... A handful of teams figure out what's fast & use it week in & week out. Doh!

2 and 3 wide racing. Cars are touchy to drive. All of them a wigglin' in the turns. Restarts are hairy. BOOGITY BOOGITY BOOGITY!!
