Here's the thing, if an HMS driver would've won that race in the same matter that Biffle did there'd be the biggest love-in in the history of Nascar.

However, they didn't, so Gordon and Johnson get out of their cars and whine, bawl, moan, bitch and complain - what else is new? It's the same old sour grapes from the same two drivers. Seriously - I've NEVER seen two drivers sook so much when things don't go their way.

Biffle's car passed tech, he didn't have to bump someone out of the way to win and he drives a Ford. I think I see what the problem is

Chad, could you please hand Jimmie the tissues?

Unfortunately, you ASSUME incorrectly with this HMS fan. I would be thinking the same thing no matter WHO the driver/owner was.

Actually, there were actually THREE rules in play in that situation. #1, the field is frozen during a caution #2, you must maintain pace car speed and #3, you must complete the last lap across the finish line without assistance. As I understand it, if Biffle had not crossed the finish line he would not have won the race. But since that is not the case, and Nascar said that they were satisfied with Biffle's speed on the last lap, then case closed.

And, I do mean case closed. ;)

I agree. I think that no matter who the driver was, this would be the outcome. :idunno:

Montreal is the exception, not Kansas. And, I DO believe that was all because it was Robby.

Oh yes, the conspiracy theory that NASCAR is against Robby Gordon. That is about as old as the Roush Victim and HMS crybaby platform. If Robby is sooooo picked on and such a great driver, I'm sure other series will love to have him. As it is, he's a first rate driver stuck in third rate equipment because his ego, which is the root of the problem at Montreal.
