I haven't heard this but I'd be very surprised if JGR shared even a piece of tape without a contract.

I would agree. Maybe it is part of the Toyota deal. This is the first time for US to have two Tier 1 teams with TRD as the builder. With that being said, JGR was not happy with Legacy coming onboard as a Tier 1....so unless they felt that Legacy could do something for them......dunno.
