Keeping all four teams

With DP you got what you got and that is a driver that will finish on the lead lap around 12 times a year and will peak into the top 10 once in a great while. However if she can secure another sponsor like GoDaddy she can race until she is 75 and have no worries. If she can't pull in a big name sponsor that will pay the bills and more it is not worth having her as the driver of your car.
Yeah by no means am I trying to build a case for her and say she's doing good or anything... I mean it's hard to argue with the results... but she has ran better lately, but still doesn't have any results to show.

I want her in the firesuit and her name on the trophy

Custer doesn't need to go to Cup yet (see Logano at JGR).

Hard to imagine a team can continue to make money when one of the drivers is having a hard time attracting sponsors AND two other drivers on the team are basically being funded by the owner's business.

The owner's businesses can expense the sponsorship costs for tax purposes ... it isn't money out of "Gene's pocket". These guys have a lot going on.
