Kentucky removing seats..

Depending what they do with the area where the seats were I dont think its a bad idea. I've never set in any of those seats so I don't have problem with it.

The title should be "removed" seats. The story I read said they were taken out in January. I wish these stories weren't so far behind because there are a number of short tracks looking to add seats.

"The seats removed are near the entry of Turn 1 and the exit of Turn 4."

When they took out the same seats at Chicagoland several years ago it was pretty much a no-brainer considering how attendance had tapered off.

Which ones? Dirt tracks?

Bobby Kennedy, when running for office, said, "I would much rather speak to a small packed house than a huge auditorium only half-full with twice as many people. It looks better."

I actually caught a few minutes of the Kansas race on TV and it seemed to me the camera operators were avoiding the stands whenever possible.

I went to Kentucky last year and will be there again in 2 months. It's a great track but 110k seats were simply too many.

Kentucky needs to enhance the fan experience to about 50-60K seats.
