Knockout Qualifying - Martinsville

This should be interesting. Not much real estate here.. So small they won't even have the cars on pit road for qualifying.

Who's your pick for the pole?

I'm going to have to go with the 22 or the 11.. Joey showed the top speed in race trim and he and Denny traded the fastest time in q trim with Denny finishing 1st in practice with a track record speed of 100.021 mph.. In case you're wondering that's fast as hell to be running around Martinsville. I expect a new track record once again.

Qualifying starts at 4:30 pm ET on FS1(Speed for us Canadians).

The 22 is looking good for the pole, so I'll go out on a limb and say the Penske twins take the front row.

Looks like there is a chance qualifying will be rained out. The truck practice is in rain delay right now.

TV coverage never showed her second at any point whatsoever. She posted 8th and went down from there to 11th.


On another note, this is the second time Tony has managed to hold on to 12th by his teeth.
