And Indy cars can put more flap in the car. NASCAR downforce is fixed.Why do people keep bringing up rain racing? Sure, Indycar does it, but NOT on any oval tracks. They are also a LOT lighter, turn a lot easier, and are just better suited for adapting to a rain tire race. but again, NOT on an oval.
