Will Kurt find someone who wants to sign him to a contract with top rate equipment?

Call me crazy but I'm starting to have thoughts that Newman may not be back to SHR and Kurt could be an option. It just seems that lately Stewart has been blowing sunshine up Kurt's butt for some reason.

Any thoughts?

Isn't Patrick pegged to take Newman's job?

Busch has some pretty tough competition on the free agent market with the likes of Kenseth, Newman, Vickers, Logano, Truex, Allmendinger and these guys in total don't come with the baggage that Busch lugs around.

He best clean up his act if he's to get ahead of those guys.

You may not be far off. Tony already has vested interest in Kurt as a client of his under the Stewart owned PR firm, 'True Speed Communication'. I can see him bringing in Kurt under the SHR umbrella. As a marketing tool for his own company, he needs Kurt to succeed. I'll buy into your craziness.

There is only one reason that Tony would lose Ryan , same reason Jack would lose Matt . No sponsor . No use thinking Tony or Jack would need another driver .

And that's what it's all about - just ask David Reutimann. I don't think we're done seeing big name sponsors pulling out of Nascar when their contracts come to a close.

Gone are the days when drivers moved from one team to another . No driver would move willingly today . And what team would have a sponsor with no driver ? The only moves that I can see in the future ,are ones like Bowyer 's and Menards' where a sponsor and driver make a move together. I could see Home Depot or Dewalt possibly making a move with a driver of their choice. Although , it's hard to see a sponsor leaving a guy like Joe Gibbs who treats sponsors like family.

Good points.

I'm also buying in to your craziness. I think there's a good chance Kurt ends up SHR for 2013.

It's possible. Tony's spent a lot of time defending Kurt's actions this year. Kurt's a wheelman, he proved that on Sunday.

I thought this thread was going to be about a video game where Kurt drives through the city berating cops and journalists while trying to run over fat guys.

Kurt has twice the talent of anyone on this list and team owners know that. Its only a matter of time

Problem is putting up with his antics. He's like a grenade with the pin pulled and it's only a mattrer of time. Sure he was all sweetness this past Sunday with the suspension fresh in his head. Get back to me in a month or two.

I really can't see him going to SHR.

I can hear the conversation now...

Kurt: I would really like to drive for your team Mr. Gibbs.

Coach: Great Kurt, who can you bring to the program as far as sponsors?

Kurt: Well coach, I am working with Jerry Springer on a three race deal.

Coach: We have an opening in the body shop. You should work out well there because you are the master at wrecking chit...

;)

What are you basing this on? Are you just hating or have you not seen how well the 88 has run this year?

Oh I donno maybe the fact that he is the most overrated driver in history. Sanoma derraled their season

We don't do this here. There are other boards for this type of posting. If you want to bring facts, then bring facts.

Actually , I'd like to know when that twit Kyle is going to win again . I keep picking him in the pool and losing my shirt .

Would Kurt and Tony even be able to get past Daytona without fighting each other? Two hot heads with massive ego's.
