I know where Matt is coming from. I have been on forums where all they do is run each others driver down. Honestly you can only take so much of that childishness . We do have a little bit of respect for each others views around here. If we have a gripe about a driver's actions , we state it . We don't just say "Your driver sucks" .

You tend to post logically and reasonably and have fun. What Rowdy posted regarding Jr is just weak rehashed drivel people have been posting for over a decade on various fanboy/hater sites.

Reread the post, he didnt trash Jr., just said he was overated, sounds like an opinion to me. I can quote posts from you and many others calling certain drivers and other forum members much worse.

Exactly. I'm glad someone gets what I meant. Other than JV (who has no fans here and who drives like a friggin' idiot) we all rise above blindly bashing eachothers drivers in favor of spirited debate regarding all aspects of NASCAR.

There is a lot of discussion about his racing tactics . Rightly so . Edwards , Kyle , every driver is put under the microscope . Matt was talking about simple driver bashing .

There is a persistant problem with some posters on this site, and it isn't fanboy hate posting. It's an illogical urge by some to label as 'hate' any post that is less than super supportive toward a drive they like. It's fanboyism at it's illogical best, and is used to attack the opinions of others that run counter to their own.

Saying that Jr won't win another race this year isn't hate, it's a prediction based on the odds established over the last 140 races. I don't agree that Jr won't win again this year, but that doesn't make it hate, you silly people.

I think that we do a really good job of not running down other peoples drivers . Basically we are a pretty tolerant and supportive bunch . If we weren't , I'd be gone .

I'd like to think that is a sign of the maturity level of this board but then again, every now and then.....
