Well this is one area where I can give NASCAR credit, because they are sticking to some rules, whether or not the punishment is the same. At least they are sticking to what is legal and illegal.
WOOHOO. I thought for sure they wouldn't fine him. While they won't prevent Stewart from winning the title, I don't think NASCAR wants him to win either. For that reason I'm alittle surprised.
