OK, let's play your game. They are just into the 4th lap. Somewhere, sometime later someone does something that brings out a caution. It's Lap 3 or 2. They ride around for 2 laps, and that's being conservative, then you have a G/W/C. So you're trying to sell that Matt who ran out of gas before he completed Lap 4 would have magically had enough gas to ride for an additional 7+ laps. Dude, put down the pipe and call Betty. She may have room in her clinic...

Why should i let it go....do you let it go when your driver gets trashed or dumped at a crucial moment in a race? Clinic huh, is that the same one you visit dude...no need to trash me cause we can take this to the podium and really debate if you want?

The report presented did not go into enough detail as the reason Harvick was suspended from the Martinsville Race was not the result of actions on-track and subsequent radio transmission, re: deliberate wrecking of Gibbs. Although they were mitigating factors to the offense, there was another reason that warranted the suspension.
