Michigan, Rd. 2 --- race thread

Looks like another Jimmie Johnson 400
yawn.gif

I heard them say earlier that Johnson has never won at Michigan.

Does ESPN look at the replays they air? There was no contact between Keebler and Ragan, but they keep saying "that little bit of contact"...

If it's not Swervin' Stremme wrecking someone, it's Sideways Sam.

'Oughta start calling those two the Penske Pests.

Only 102 points between 7th place Mark Martin and 13th place Kyle Busch. The race to make the 2009 Chase for the Sprint Cup Series Championship is going to go right to the final laps at Richmond.

So they throw caution for debris that nobody can see, but they won't throw a caution for debris from Juan Pablo's blown tire that was clearly visible.

If Indianapolis and Daytona didn't prove NASCAR will do anything to screw Montoya, that should be.

Right now, Kyle Busch still the odd man out.

Kevin Harvick and Joey Logano both have really good runs going today.

NASCAR needs to eliminate the splitter... it's pathetic they can't race side-by-side without cutting tires and I'm not sure how it makes things safer... I think NASCAR wants to become Open Wheel Racing.

Nice job Vickers!! Well a toyota has won at Michigan.....

I don't understand people saying...whew, Toyota finally wins at Michigan. They have only been in the sport for 3 years. I never understood making a big deal about Dodge winning, when they weren't in the series for 20 something years. RCR cars winning would be a big deal right now.

Reread what I said. I didn't say whew I said well, and I am not celebrating about it either. I tend to be more about the driver than the make ;)
