NASCAR announces stages for all three series

Personally, I think the announcement of stages in NASCAR pale in comparison to the initial implementation of the Chase.

The regular season races now have meaning again. That's something that was severely lacking with this format since the inaugural Chase season in 2004. Points finally matter again.

Honestly surprised that the final stages for the restrictor plate races are more than 5 laps.

Also...I wish NASCAR would have at least left the "crown jewel" races alone. Daytona 500, Coca-Cola 600, Southern 500, Bristol night race, and Homestead-Miami should have remained true endurance races.

I think this change would have brought a lot of fans back if it weren't for the segments and TV timeouts, maybe the average fan likes the planned cautions, I don't know. I don't see how an average fan is really that enthused about who gets points or wins lap 60 at Daytona.
Yeah, I can't relate. I'm not the average fan.
