Should definitely be driving them deeper into the corners for sure.I am super interested to see how the car does compared to the old ride myself, I think they will be flying
I'll put it out there that I think it is going to be a short track race on a road course, there is going to be contact.Should definitely be driving them deeper into the corners for sure.
18, if they can get in some practice. KyBu still has it on the twisties.Favorites have to be who? 2, 5, 9, maybe 20? 19?
Eh, I know you're concerned but he hasn't won diddly squat this year nor finished in the top 5 and still sits in the points lead. They've been plenty fast enough most weekends, you just need a lot of stuff to fall your way at the ends of these things and it just hasn't happened yet. Finally we get to legitimately see COTA in the dry. Huge pressure on the 9 team this week imho
Why does KyBu need practice and the other drivers don't to win a race?18, if they can get in some practice. KyBu still has it on the twisties.
A question we've been asking for two years. If you figure it out, let JGR know. Why does KyBu need practice and the other drivers don't to win a race?
If I was in attendance, I'd be a big fan. I dunno about at home. That's too much recliner time in one day.Its also another Truck/Xfinity double header Saturday this weekend!
With NASCAR's evolution , this really is my most favorite addition.
I am mixed about the doubleheader. This past weekend in Atlanta I was by myself so I didn't mind spending the entire day Saturday at the track. But when I am with someone else its nice to have a little down time to relax and go out to eat.If I was in attendance, I'd be a big fan. I dunno about at home. That's too much recliner time in one day.
Who?Finally we get to legitimately see COTA in the dry. Huge pressure on the 9 team this week imho
The points leaderWho?
Then why the pressure? The points leader
The recliner time is nice after working 75 hours but still even better with DVRIf I was in attendance, I'd be a big fan. I dunno about at home. That's too much recliner time in one day.
When all of your teammates have punched their tickets already, the whole "people's champ" stuff only gets you so far and it's a road course. Nice bait though. How's YOUR boys doing? Then why the pressure?
Yeah, good luck DVR'ing that X race Saturday. The recliner time is nice after working 75 hours but still even better with DVR
21 races left, 4 of them roadies. No pressure. When all of your teammates have punched their tickets already, the whole "people's champ" stuff only gets you so far and it's a road course. Nice bait though. How's YOUR boys doing?
The bigger issue is not being able to DVR and relying on the YouTube uploads Tuesday afternoon...it's great that the thumbnail shows the winner and says winner in video title.Yeah, good luck DVR'ing that X race Saturday.
More seriously, the problem with DVR'ing either part of a doubleheader is I'm not likely to watch the recorded race(s) before the Cup broadcast spoils it (them) for me.
Hopefully it’s not too good of a car in that sense, shorter braking zones. Not handling like such a fish out of water might keep the field closer together though.Should definitely be driving them deeper into the corners for sure.
But I thought the only reason Hendrick was winning so much last year was because of the new car Chevy had last year? What's the excuse this year?3 out of the first five races have been won by Hendrick Motorsports and Hendrick was first and second last year at COTA. Ya think a Hendrick car winning at COTA would be a surprise?
-crickets- from the cricketeer lol.But I thought the only reason Hendrick was winning so much last year was because of the new car Chevy had last year? What's the excuse this year?
I've always been the opposite, love the road races. A lot of driver skill involvedI didn't think I would ever say this but I'm actually looking forward to a road course race this weekend. GO CHASE.
I have become more and more excited about road races in the past couple of years but only with stock car racing because they bump and bang a little and make it exciting. F-1 and Indy car road racing still doesn't interest me at all.I've always been the opposite, love the road races. A lot of driver skill involved
Yeah the Xfinities after they went to the composite body ramped it up for me, now that the new Cup cars have the proper tools, I think road races in cup are going to take off. They had to tip toe around so much before and couldn't go for it as hard as they should be able to do now.I have become more and more excited about road races in the past couple of years but only with stock car racing because they bump and bang a little and make it exciting.
