NASCAR doesn't see Kenseth/Vickers wreck as retaliation

Can someone refresh my memory when(not counting Martinsville) Kenseth ever wrecked Vickers?

Matt is funny how his story gets worse and worse as the weeks pass. "Brian ran into me 3 or 4 times, so I wrecked him", then "Brian ran into me 8 or 9 times, so I wrecked him". Also, "Brian has been bragging for 2 weeks that he will wreck me", then "Brian has been bragging for a month that he will wreck me".

So......does this mean you can't back up what you said about Keselowski intentionally wrecking Justin 5 times?
