I'm okay with rivalries...on the track. I don't know how anyone likes the stuff on pit lane. Horse jockey types trying to slap each other is a little embarassing.
There's 4 too many plate races per year.Problem is not the lack of rivalry its the lack of resistor plate racing.

^ Skoal, you should check out F1. The required decorum there is more in line with what you seem to believe is proper. Most of us prefer it a bit more raw.

I feel the only rivalry that will make people interested and it might be a few years away until both start winning races and Cups is Elliott vs Blaney. A good old fashioned Chevy vs Ford rivalryEh I liked the Kenseth vs Keselowski one at Charlotte, Gordon vs Keselowski was weak.
