NASCAR Next driver Harrison Burton signs with KHI Management

I missed what was said. What did Harvick say about Busch or did he say something about KBM?
During their fued Harvick said he gave Busch budgeting info and he was still dumb enough to run it into the ground or something to that affect I am paraphrasing. They were in the middle of a manufacturer battle in the truck series at that time too.

100% correct.....and pretty damn smart on both sides. Kyle keeps his company, and Toyota keeps Kyle. Again, the point being that Harvick shot his mouth off, and Kyle proved him wrong.

So he didn't do it on his own? He still has it, so he was "right." but didn't do it on his own either. At least some of Kyle's drivers I like so I'm glad it stuck around

Who developed the relationship with Toyota? Smart move. I am not a money guy, but I am willing to bet that those who are got there through relationships. I have no proof, but I am betting that Kyle's most recent contract has KBM provisions via Toyota. Thinking that he gives Toyota big voice in who drives for him. With that voice comes $. Another smart move. Lots of smart moves to maintain the company contrary to Kevin's expert assessment.

I'll bet Toyota asks Kyle his opinion on drivers they are contemplating. It takes a hard charger like him to do a truthful assessment. Rick almost lost JJ if it were not for JG's assessment of him and his willingness to invest. Jack Roush lost JG because he made his own decisions.

I'd agree with that.
