Although the award was presented following the Martinsville race, and now sits in @donthaveanickname's near empty trophy case, the supervisor of the game's quality control section has been called on the carpet to explain the glaring omission on the Championship Tie-Breaker chart.

Appropriate disciplinary action is expected to commence immediately.

I'm absolutely shocked that only six people took Raikkonen. I thought he was gonna break the record for most picked in a single week.
 
Looks like the 2nd and 3rd place cars will get back on the lead lap (less than a full race points differential behind).
 
The NASCAR Cup Series inched closer to determining the 16 drivers that will qualify for the 10-race playoff series with the running of the Go Bowling At The Glen at Watkins Glen International.

The most popular driver pick, 4th place finisher Chase Elliott, was selected by seven players.

Congrats to @MAGICMILER, @FLRacingFan, @hmmm298, and @AuzGrams for taking the "Highest Finishing Pick" award thanks to their pick of 2nd place finisher AJ Allmendinger.

The "Most Upward Movement" award went to @FLRacingFan as he moved up four positions in the standings to fifth place.

Congrats to @Head423 for maintaining his hold on the top spot in the standings for the seventeenth consecutive race.

@MAGICMILER held onto second place in the standings for the seventh consecutive race, gained 29 points on the leader, and has pulled to within 37 points of the top spot.
