I despise Hambone…this is the one time I hope for him to do well (when I pick his whiny butt). He was miserable but at least got me a top 10. Now, hope he craps out every remaining race.

Congratulations to @Mr Excitement and @Old 97, the recipients of the "Highest Finishing Pick" award following the first place finish of their pick, Ross Chastain, in the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway.
That's the second consecutive race that @Old 97 has taken the "Highest Finishing Pick" award and he did it both times by picking the race winner.
The "Most Upward Movement" award was also taken by @Old 97 as picking the race winner enabled him to gain three positions in the standings to a spot in the Top 20.
The "Slipping & Sliding" award went to @antman12 after he slipped four positions in the standings thanks to the 28th place finish by his pick, Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
The "Top Five" club remained unchanged but saw @aunty dive rebound from suck-ass finishes by his picks in the last two races when his pick for Kansas, Christopher Bell, brought it home in seventh place enabling him to regain second place in the standings by knocking @Spotter22 to back to third.
The hard fought back-and-forth battle between @aunty dive and @Spotter22 over the last three races has allowed @ol'whatshisname to increase his lead over second place by 16 points during that period.
In addition to the streak by @Old 97 of picking of two consecutive race winners, @JJ_14 has excelled recently by picking a Top Ten finishing driver in each of the last three races and in four out of the last five.
Finally, the streak of at least one player picking the race winner continued as it has now occurred in eight out of the last nine races.
