After last weekends disaster, I was thinking that it couldn’t get much worse than that. But seeings that there are two more cars in todays race as opposed to last weekend and the fact that Hemric is crazy slow this weekend, it’s sad to think that I could actually score worse than NH. I wonder if any players have scored back to back last place picks.

I think Chastain is the smart pick, this is his best track I think. I hope I dont regret picking Heim instead.
Hopefully Chastain has a safe race, the best of luck but finishes in the 30's.
If Heim gets a top 20, I will be happy with the results.
It will take a strange race for it to work

It takes a complete season to have a chance in this league. I just want a top 10 for the season. The first third of the season way awful for me, and the competion is to good to get away with a medicore run of races.

Go Corey Heim.

Tyler Reddick is in his own head. Time for an intervention

If it is any consolation I dont think anyone in the top 10 had a top 10 pick today. I think most everyone had some bad luck, so damages are minimized for most.

I'd pat myself on the back for this one, but yeah...this'll happen when half the field wrecks or runs out of gas. Hemric was running around 30th place for nearly 85% of the race.

A P9 from Hemric at a non spurspeedway is wild. I would be ecstatic with that kind of result.

I had a top 5 secured until... it wasn't. :(

The standings are going to be wild, top 5 is only separated by less than 20 points now. Very tight battle all across the board.

I actually gained on the leader with a 29th place finish but probably fell out of the top 5. I think PJ took the lead with a 16th place finish with Hocevar

With the total sh!t luck I have had so far this season I think a p4 from Preece might be only my second top 5.

Congratulations to @Old 97, the recipient of the "Highest Finishing Pick" award following the fourth place finish of his pick, Ryan Preece, in one of the most slippin' & slidin' races of the year, the Ally 400 at Nashville Superspeedway.

The "Most Upward Movement" award was shared by @Blaze and @hmmm298 as their Top Ten picks enabled each of them to move eight spots closer to the top of the standings.

The "Slipping & Sliding" award was shared by @antman12 and @LibertyU24 when their pick, race favorite Ross Chastain, was rudely taken out of the race causing each of them to drop six spots in the standings.

The "Top Five" club saw @Spotter22 knocked out after just one week of membership and @JJ_14 was finally admitted to the club in spite of the mediocre 21st place finish of his pick, Chase Briscoe.

In another shake-up, @ol'whatshisname took advantage of the racing carnage and used the 16th place finish of his pick, Carson Hocevar, to knock @dirtfan from the top spot in the standings.

Players that previously had impressive consecutive streaks of picking drivers with Top Ten finishes saw those streaks come to a crashing halt although @Magicmiler came close to making it four in a row with an eleventh place finish by his pick, AJ Allmendinger.

Meanwhile, @hmmm298 has quietly put together a streak of three consecutive races with a Top Ten pick.

Finally, although no player was able to snag the "Wiping Up the Rear" award, @aunty dive came tantalizing close when his pick, Riley Herbst, finished next to last.

If one thing about that wild ending yesterday, it helped me so much in this lol. I was slipping a little bit there for a while. Thankful to have a good week.

It ended up ok with me taking Hiem only losing 2 points to the leader Ross getting crashed saved my ass. Only 9 points out of 3rd and 26 to PJ. That top 7 could change drastically in 1 race
