The season is still young
Lots of opportunities remain.
Gaining one position a week would give virtually everyone a chance to still win the thing or at least a poduim.

I lost 15 positions in one week. It's driving me crazy, I suck at this.

This season is starting to look like my 2022, I'm doing horrible. It's early, but the string of poor finishes has made me change my strategy.

Work tomoro till 3pm then on the plane to LAX at 8.15 god willing.
What I have to do to get better results!

Any plans on making a return trip to the Windy City ?

They'll be turning the river green on Saturday prior to the St. Paddy's Day parade.

McDowell gets pole and 9th in practice, but only one person picked him. Would maybe be different had it been a road course, but I guess the participants just don’t trust him at a 1.5 mile track.

I think I would save him for RC or a Super Speedway.

Ain't wishing nobody any bad luck, but if there was 35 car pile up that resulted in a DNF for them, Kyle Busch would still have a shot at a top 5.

She always knows the right things to say!

Me: "Seriously Chloe, a 23rd place finish!?!?"

Chloe: "Did he break a toe link?"

Me: "Well, no."

Chloe: "Would you rather me have picked Kyle Busch?"

Me: "I guess not."

Chloe: "Exactly! Look at it this way. One week, I'm not gonna puke at all. The next week, I'm definitely gonna puke and I'm going to do it on the carpet. Then another week, I might puke, but I'll do it on the kitchen floor to allow for easy clean up. This week, I puked on the kitchen floor. Were there better options? Sure. But we used a "C" class driver and we lived to see another day. And I promise, next weekend, I'm not going to puke at all!

Congratulations to @ToyYoda, the recipient of the "Highest Finishing Pick" award following the first place finish of his pick, Josh Berry, in the Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

That's the second consecutive race that the highest finishing pick was the winner of the race as @DanicaFreak's picked race winner Christopher Bell in last week's Phoenix race.

The top of the leader board slipped out of the grasp of @Hawaii808 when his pick of Noah Gragson limped home to a 31st place finish.

Meanwhile, @aunty dive has picked a Top Ten finishing driver in each of the last three races and the fifth place finish of his pick, Ross Chastain, at Vegas enabled him to take over the top spot in he standings.

Along with @aunty dive, both @DanicaFreak and @superchuck500 have each picked a Top Ten finishing driver in each of the last three races.

That Top Five finish by Chastain gave @dirtfan something to cheer about as he snagged the "Most Upward Movement" award by jumping eight spots in the standings from 23rd to 15th place.

Finally, the "Slipping & Sliding" award was reluctantly taken by @Blaze when he dropped eleven spots in the standings thanks to the 33rd place finish of his pick, Kyle Busch.

Even I'm shocked at how well my bs picking system has worked so far...it's bound to bite me hard at some point.
