Congratulations to
@DC76 and @ol'whatshisname, the recipients of the "Highest Finishing Pick" award following the second place finish of their pick, Kyle Larson, in the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
The top spot of the player's leader board remained in the hands of
@kkfan91 in spite of the fact that his pick, Ryan Blaney, completed only seventy laps and, like
@Mr. E's pick for the previous race, finished dead last.
Membership in the Top Five Club took on a new member as
@LewTheShoe continued his run towards the top when the Top Five finish of his pick, Tyler Reddick, vaulted him into third place in the player standings.
That makes it six out of the last seven races that
@LewTheShoe has picked a Top Ten finishing driver, something that
@DC76 has also managed to achieve.
The best active streak belongs to
@Magicmiler who has made a Top Ten pick in each of the last four races which has seen him gain eight positions in the standings to seventh place.
The "Most Upward Movement" award was shared by
@DC76, and @ol'whathisname following the second place finish of their pick, Kyle Larson, which enabled their gain of four positions in the standings and a reduction of thirty-six points in the "Points Behind Leader" column.
Also able to share in the "Most Upward Movement" award was
@ken when the seventh place finish of his pick, Alex Bowman, bumped him up four positions.
Along with seeing the end of his streak of picking a Top Five finishing driver in each of the previous four races,
@superchuck500 snagged the "Slipping and Sliding" award when he dropped five positions in the standings with his pick of Austin Dillon.
Finally, for possibly the first time in the history of the game, the "Wiping Up the Rear" award was presented to the player who was at the top of the player standings both before and after the race.
That would be
@kkfan91, the only player that picked the race's last place finisher, Ryan Blaney.
