Congratulations to the five players, that being
@Clutch,
@Conover,
@Biggreen695,
@Greg,
@FLRacingFan, that took home the "Highest Finishing Pick" award, thanks to the first place finish of their pick, Tyler Reddick, in the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway.
After taking a beating with their picks for the Phoenix race that saw only three players picking a Top Ten finishing driver, sixteen players did it for the Las Vegas race, and nineteen did it for the Darlington race, including twelve that picked a Top Five finishing driver.
For the fourth consecutive race the top of the leader board remained in the hands of
@hmmm298 when his pick, Brad Keselowski fell short of winning the race and finished second, meaning that only the five players that pick Reddick gained any ground on him.
The Top Five Club remained the same with
@TommyGunn,
@Clutch,
@aunty dive,
@LibertyU24 holding onto their spots behind standings leader
@hmmm298, although only
@hmmm298 and
@TommyGunn have had member status after each of the first six races.
Along with the "Highest Finishing Pick" award, the "Most Upward Movement" award also went to the five players that picked the race winner as they gained all of one point relative to the standings leader.
By picking Keselowski, like
@hmmm298,
@DC76 didn't lose any ground relative to the leader but did gain seven spots in the standings, moving from 25th to 18th place.
Within the standings both
@Iceman and @ol'whatshisname dropped six spots due to the less than stellar finish by their picks, John Hunter Nemechek and Todd Gilliland.
However, the "Slipping & Sliding" award was taken by
@Magicmiler when his pick, Bubba Wallace, finished 34th thereby causing him to lose a whopping 32 points relative to the standings leader.
