What a difference a week makes when it comes to Top Ten finishing picks.
The race last week at Phoenix race saw a total of three players picking a Top Ten finishing driver whereas at Las Vegas sixteen players did it including eleven players that picked a Top Five finishing driver.
Meanwhile, congratulations to
@aunty dive, the recipient of the "Highest Finishing Pick" award, thanks to the third place finish of his pick, William Byron, in the Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Once again the top of the leader-board remained in the hands of
@hmmm298 in spite of the 21st place finish of his pick, John Hunter Nemechek.
That finish by Nemechek resulted in twenty-two players gaining ground the
@hmmm298, who saw his lead over
@TommyGunn, now in second place, reduced to five points.
Along with the "Highest Finishing Pick" award, the "Most Upward Movement" award also went to
@aunty dive after his gain of 2 spots in the standings and 18 points relative to the standings leader.
Finally, the "Slipping & Sliding" award was unceremoniously presented to @ol'whatshisname due to his brain dead pick of Josh Berry which caused him to lose 10 points relative to the leader thereby by dropping him into a four-way tie for 21st place in the standings.
