While obviously I’d like a win from Logano, not bad at all given his inconsistency etc.

That being said, and regardless of the fact this is one of his best tracks, I was sure he would have a decent race today after what happened last week, and he did. I’ll take it. That’s just what he does. That **** motivates him, and he ALWAYS bounces back the next week after a run like that.

Better to use him then than to wait and get bit by his inconsistency.

Congratulations to @Brentford, the recipient of the "Highest Finishing Pick" award, thanks to the first place finish of his pick, Chase Elliott, in the Cook Out 400 at Martinsville Speedway.

After taking a beating with their picks for the Phoenix race that saw only three players picking a Top Ten finishing driver, seven players have picked a Top Ten finishing driver in each of the last three races, including @Michfan who has a four race streak going.

For the fifth consecutive race the top of the leader board stayed with @hmmm298 when his pick, Joey Logano, finished third meaning that only @Brentford and the three players that picked second place finisher Denny Hamlin gained any ground on him.

The Top Five Club welcomed two new members when @ken and @Michfan dislodged @LibertyU24 and @aunty dive to join @hmmm298, @TommyGunn, and @Clutch.

Along with the "Highest Finishing Pick" award, the "Most Upward Movement" award also went to @Brentwood. Although he only gained two points relative to the standings leader he did gain five positions in the standings.

The "Slipping & Sliding" award was taken by @superchuck500 when his pick, Bubba Wallace, finished 36th which caused him to lose a whopping 33 points relative to the standings leader as well as dropping him nine spots in the standings.

Dang, only 3 players picked a driver that finished outside the top 20. That's a pretty crazy occurrence in the Pick 'Em game, especially so early in the season.

The last three weeks have been relatively clean. Makes for a lot of good weeks for us, but also makes it hard to gain a ton of ground.
