Nationwide Bristol Race Thread

So far, no CUP Regular has won a Nationwide Race!

I thoroughly enjoyed the N'wide Race today! Great action throughout the pack and long green-flag runs mean even more action throughout the pack! Gotta love it when ability, strategy and luck all come together.

Who would have thunk that KK would finish in Second Place?? His car was so bad that they made a big adjustment during the race - but went the Wrong Way on the adjustment. Amazing.

The only bonehead I can think of in this race, is the rookie tire changer for the 54 car. I wonder what Bossman Pee Wee had to say after the race...

Great track! Great rassin! Is it Sunday Yet??!

I could have sworn there was a 24 car out there driving like a fool. It may have been the 124. If he keeps driving the way he did today, he'll get to know some walls.

Allgaier was doing his usual knuckle head routine and running way too hard too early. Brad was flipping out in his car after Justin ran into him twice, then almost ran him into the wall trying to jump in the high line. I've never heard Brad get that upset on the radio. His CC told him to stop foaming at the mouth and get to racing. lol

Who continues to surprise me is Bayne.

I admit, I thought he was going to sort of be a flash in the pan, but he actually made some pretty bold and skillful moves out there today.

He might be a lot better than I would have thought.

He was pretty good with MWR. His problem now is he's overshadowed by Stenhouse, whose a much better driver right now. Everyone thinks Trevor is an angel, but he uses his bumper a lot.

Eddie Haskell Junior...

Nooooooo...but he is a hard nosed racer. When he tried to jump outside the 124 on late exit, who was moving up out of Stanhouse' way, they got together. Bayne immedietly rammed him and knocked him out of the way. When Brad was making a pass on the low side, Trevor just turned down into his side. Brad pushed back and squeezed him toward a lap car and Trevor backed off.

Rough day, yes. Bonehead quality? I dunno...

The pit road thing was not all his fault, and he didn't involve any other drivers in his little on-track "adventures".

True, but Sam seems to be done. He can't get the car right, so he over drives and wrecks.

True, but Sam didn't just come to NASCAR. He's been at it few years now.

I like Sam. I hope he does really well and ends up in a third Penske DORF in 2013!

However, I was referring to Trevor Bayne in my comparison to Eddie Haskell. He could very well be Carl's illegitimate son!
