Nationwide @ Bristol

When Kyle Busch is on the track driving the wheels off of a race car, it's a thing of beauty. When he steps out of the car and a mic gets shoved in his face...not so much. That's why I pay little to no attention to what he says and watch for some good, hard racing as that's what he does best.

I will say that I'd rather him be a jerk and let everyone know it than be a phony know-it-all.

Great Race except for it being back to a one fast lane track again, sucks. It was much much better with the three distinct grooves after the first change.

LMAO, KB got snookered by a bunch of teenagers :XXROFL:

No problem with Kyle's press room interview. Again, everyone here bitches about how vanilla NASCAR drivers have become but the second one shows some attitude yall cry for fines or call them out for whining. Everyones a critic.
To be fair, I didn't see anyone crying for fines. Somebody made the observation that he probably will get fined for the f-bomb, but they never said that he deserved it. And we've been over this a couple of times before, but showing personality and whining or being a jerk are not mutually exclusive. It is fully possible to do the former without doing the latter. Mind you, I'm not one who complains about "vanilla" drivers, probably because I'm a fairly "vanila" person myself, but the people who do complain about that aren't hypocrites for calling Kyle out for being a sore loser.

I personally found the whole thing hilarious and entertaining, but I learned a long time ago to stop taking everything these guys do and say so seriously.

Kyle certainly isn't vanilla. That would be a good thing, but he's more like a spoiled horseradish flavor.

Surely that's not unique to any one dude.

IMO, KyBu's actions are not those of someone who doesn't care what people think. I believe the exact opposite to be true.

YMMV :)

No question, but we're talking about Kyle here. He has the means an opportunity.

Interesting take on Kyle's concern about what other people think. On one hand perhaps. On the other, maybe this is more about what other people think about how he comes off. Good insight right there though. Got me thinking....

Can't stop watching Kyle's post race interview......Where you been old friend? **** it. Glad to have you back. Tonight....do work.

:XXROFL:

Love him or hate him, he certainly makes things a lot more interesting. I don't think anybody can deny that.

We thought it was particularly funny to hear the TV "know it all's" saying for at least fifteen minutes about how KB was going to win FOUR IN A ROW! They couldn't let it rest, it was over and then over again. Then suddenly he couldn't keep up with the teenyboppers.. And not a sound came from the booth.

One thing I know, is, you can't phuckin pass here, and it's pathetic.

I really kinda already knew that but the reinforcement is nice.

Great. Now he's turning this in to a cooking show.
Yep and I choose Giada De Laurentis as my cooking partner. :D
