So Lil'E is under the weather...translation: he's hung over, again. Maybe one of you with more time on your hands than me can keep track over the season of how many weekends he's 'under the weather'.

Also, is anyone interested in participating in a contest of what lap he wrecks on each week?

:D

I think it's going to be a "count the commercials" day. I'd like to see more than 6 laps of racing at a time, let's see...

OK, I missed the beginning. Lil'E started 24th and 18 laps in he's 17th but he's gained 21 spots. Either my math skills aren't up to par or he started at the back.

Looks like Goodyear brought a 10 lap tire to Daytona...

... and Tony Stewart's hauler sounds like a fun place to play fly-on-a-wall.

Leffler caused a wreck?!!! Wow, there's a shocker :sarcasm:
That looked like a racing incident to me - nothing intentional. The 5 lap penalty was bs.

Where was Stewart's penalty for his tire leaving his pit stall? I know another car hit it but it's been a penalty for other drivers.

very nice driving by tony :) kyle could have wrecked him if he had wanted to but backed off just enough to let tony catch it if he could. just hard racing which i'd expect from both of them.

Kyle tried to wreck him.

If Kyle had tried to wreck him, he would have wrecked him. He just gave him something to think about, and then played nice in the end.
It ultimately cost him a couple of spots.
I saw the interviews after the race and even Carl Edwards talked about it. An Angel on one shoulder, and the Devil on the other...What do I do ?
It's the first race...and we got another one tomorrow...let it go.
